Process

Design Thinking is a best in class design methodology that I leverage to drive action by uniting diverse teams and delivering on user focused outcomes. It empowers our teams to create a safe space for alignment, iteration, co-creation, evaluative research, and ultimately helping us staying relevant.

Testimonials

Software development

“I think Jenna does a good job. I especially appreciate her focus and how she likes to organize her work. Jenna will hold sync up meetings on her work with key stakeholders before her delivery which I think is really really good to make sure we aren’t going the wrong way. I think she brings a level of excitement and passion to those meetings, showing of her designs and really shows an appreciation for our product direction. I like how she digs in and gets invested in what we want to do for our customers.”

—Nathan Sherwood, Security Software Developer

Software development

“Thanks a lot for being very detail oriented and dedicated. What I like about working with you is you pay attention widely to different aspect of the flows and you will do your best to understand each and every part of the task and document your findings which then can be used further in the future. You take ownership of your work and move it forward with a lot of dedication and effort. Appreciate it.”

—Hamed Minaee, Security Software Developer

Design Operations

“Jenna has been instrumental in leading the Training and Education work stream as part of the IBM DesignOps community over the past several years. Jenna’s ability to go above and beyond her day-to-day responsibilities with this stretch initiative to develop the first-ever IBM DesignOps badging system demonstrates her proven ability to co-design a program that has the potential to improve how design teams across IBM optimize their ways of working, improving productivity, quality, delivery timelines, and overall outcomes.

Jenna’s demonstrated the following abilities:

  • Owns and drives user/client/stakeholder engagements and relationship-building
  • Demonstrates expert understanding of user/client/stakeholders and their desired outcomes—including key learning program development and curriculum
  • Influences IBM strategy at an organization and executive level based on the convergence of insights, strategy, and goals to improve team outcomes, culture and performance
  • Promotes team/organization/community health and success internally and externally—including recruiting volunteers for this initiative

Thanks for all of your contributions and leadership in forging the way for the practice of DesignOps at IBM.”

—Jenny Price, DesignOps Lead and Manager
